We're making it easy to do what's right
Behind every compliant organisation are people who turn chaos into order. We're building the platform they deserve, from Stockholm, for Europe.

Why we do this
Regulation isn't bureaucracy for its own sake. It's how a society protects its power grids, its hospitals, its people's data, its savings. The rules are right. Living up to them has just always been needlessly hard.
When compliance fails, the consequences aren't abstract. Infrastructure goes down, data leaks, trust erodes. The people who keep that from happening have been doing heroic work with spreadsheets and memory, and they deserve a system that actually helps.
For the first time, AI is good enough to read a rulebook, structure it, and run the work, with a human approving what matters. That capability didn't exist three years ago. The window to build the platform that defines this category is open now, and we intend to be the ones who do.
How we work
We're an AI company, but we don't hand judgement to a machine. AI does the heavy lifting that made compliance slow, reading, structuring, and checking. It doesn't decide. Powerful underneath, accountable to people on top, and that runs through the product and the team alike.
We go upstream, to the hard structural problems rather than the symptoms that are easy to patch. And a human always decides: every requirement is approved by a person before it runs, every result before it counts, with everything traceable to its source.
We own what we ship, end to end. No layers to hide behind, designers and engineers solving problems in the same room, holding a bar where provable always beats plausible.
SEK 54M raised to build the platform compliance never had.
Led by chairman Stefan Lennhammer, co-founder of Catella and Stronghold, alongside angel investors who've founded and led teams at Palantir, Pagero, Dreams, and Yubico.
"There's no template for what we're building. We work it out from first principles, on a problem that actually matters, and hold ourselves to proving every answer rather than guessing it."
"Most of my career was spent making something sound better than it was. Here the work is the opposite. The product is ahead of the language, and my job is to catch up. I've never had that problem before, and I'd take it every time."
Come build something that matters
We're a small team taking on a genuinely hard problem. If you're curious, determined, and want your work to count, we'd like to meet you. On-site in Stockholm or remote.
